IMEX America

IMEX America has been one of the most important trade shows for the meetings industry in the North American market for years. The 2023 event attracted a total of 15,029 people, including more than 4,200 hosted buyers from 65 countries who gathered to learn about the latest services and products in the world of business events.

The 34 exhibiting partners at the German Pavilion benefited once again from pre-arranged appointments with planners who draw on local resources, experts and facilities for their events, thus using the location as a success factor for their event.

Exhibitor registration for the next IMEX America, which will take place again in Las Vegas from October 8-10, 2024, is now open!

The German Pavilion is part of the foreign trade fair program of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action(BMWK) in cooperation with the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA), and the GCB German Convention Bureau e.V.. The Ministry initiated this program to promote German foreign trade in order to give companies with products and services "made in Germany" the opportunity to participate in international events and trade fairs at low cost. The joint stand is organized by LMI - Leipziger Messe International GmbH.

For the first time the registration will take place online via the German Pavilion portal. In order to register for the trade fair, a one-time accreditation is required. Please allow up to two working days for this.
